WHAT DOES A TRAINING SESSION LOOK LIKE?
With a catalog of over 400 exercises and a variety of provided equipment no workout is the same. Each workout is customized to your individual goals and fitness level.
There is enough variety in our workouts to keep them fun, engaging and exciting for everyone from beginners to seasoned pros.
A training session is approximately 45 minutes and will have 4 stages:

THE SCIENCE BEHIND SIMPLE STRENGTH
An effective session will put you into afterburn, which means you will continue to receive effects from your workout for as long as 40 hours afterward!
By working different muscle fibers in each workout, we will put you into afterburn AND give your muscle groups time to fully recover.
